At MDC-Mtec we utilize professional 3D design software to produce our parts, assemblies and production-level drawings. We can also use integrated programs to automate designs, perform stress analysis and even determine the environmental impact of components. We understand that visualizing your ideas pre-production can save development costs as well as your time-to-market; therefore we use Solidworks CAD to more easily communicate your design intent and product functionality.

When the time comes to machine your products, we use OneCNC as a standalone manufacturing solution. We can import industry standard files such as STEP IGES, Parasolid, SAT, VADF, Solidworks, Rhino, DWG and DXF to generate multi-axis, high speed tool paths that produce an excellent surface finish, practically eliminating the need for hand finishing.
