To match our customers demand for the rapid production of top class products, we have invested in an ever growing number of high quality CAD/CAM driven multi-axis machining centres.

The layout of our versatile workshop initially enables our team to quickly produce precise jigs and holding fixtures for your workpieces requirements. We then utilise class-leading CNC controls on 8 of our machining centres, as well as powerful external CAD/CAM software, to produce digital machining-process "jobsheets" which can be stored, exported or edited by any of our technicians via our workshops integrated network.

Once a workpiece has been manufactured to the customers complete satisfaction, we are able to reproduce that process at an expeditive and cost-effective rate. We pride ourselves on our ability to reduce machining times and increase efficiency without making any compromise in quality or consistency.

MDC-Mtec also offer a full in-house assembly service. Our careful scrutiny ensuring that all fabrication and construction is carried out to the highest possible standard.
